Social responsibility – Employing only Women and Computer Training for Women

  In Nepal more often, it is the men who walk away with all the best jobs, hardly leaving any good prospects for their female counterparts. Therefore, elite nepal hires only women and gives computer training to women. Our aim is to give professional computer courses to female and broaden the scope of prestigious employment for young women of Nepal and to thereby create equal opportunities.

We regard women as an important resource in nepal and we are always providing training and computer education to make sure women becomes the best and the brightest.
  
WHY WE FOCUS ON WOMEN
When women suffer poor health and social disadvantages, their children, families and communities also suffer. When women are productive, everyone gets benefit. Literacy is one of the foundations of health and economic progress – for individuals and nations.We begin our activities with a focus on advancing women’s computer literacy.
WHY WE CHOOSE THE COMPUTER FIELD?
There are lots of opportunities in IT field and 90 % opportunities are occupied by male. By getting Computer knowledge, she can get job in various company’s IT department. For eg, bank, business houses, department stores, airlines & other companies.

•  Our aim is to build a computer literate world by linking, inspiring and empowering women to solve some of the major social problems that face us today.To give computer education and self development education to women age 20 – 25 .
